Are your products animal tested, or do they contain any harmful ingredients?
We guarantee that none of our products or any of the ingredients in our products have been animal tested. In fact, we are Leaping Bunny Certified. Our products are gluten free and we use no GMO ingredients. They also contain no phthalates, parabens, binders or added ingredients.

Orders & Shipping Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed–it will include your order number and shipping method. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are en route to you.
Once your order is prepared for shipment you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to U.S. addresses including Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories.
When will I receive my order?
Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail; expect one to three days for delivery. Orders placed before 11:00AM PST will be processed and shipped out on the same business day. Orders placed after 11:00AM PST will be processed and shipped out the following business day. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, and Statutory Holidays will be shipped out the following business day.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number.
How do I qualify for free shipping?
Elevate CBD Cosmetics offers FREE USPS Priority Shipping on all U.S. orders $75 and over (excluding taxes). All purchases will be shipped from our Los Angeles, CA headquarters
We want to ensure you’re happy. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) for an exchange or full refund. Returns must be made within 10 business days of delivery. Please note – customers will not be refunded for initial shipping costs.
Please email email@example.com with your order number, the item(s) which you are looking to return, and a contact phone number. Our customer service team will send you a form to include in your shipment. The refund will be processed back to the original form of payment. Return shipping costs back to our Los Angeles headquarters are the responsibility of the customer.
If you would like to return products that you received as gifts, we require proof of purchase.
